Fibre Flex Manager responsible for the delivering THP and the management of our Sub Contractors Civils Teams and Fibre Cabling Teams on the PON Builds on behalf of Openreach.I liaise daily with the Openreach Clerk of Works, MJ Quinn Project managers and Planners also the Subcontractor Supervisors planning job packs on the rural build to ensure the delivery of fibre build.I liaise with the Local Councils on current permits to extend, change and close when jobpacks are complete. I will complete a final check of sites prior to opening and closing permits to make sure the site can meet set conditions of the permit and site is safe and complete for closure of the permits.I will conduct health and safety audits on all teams to ensure H&S is in order, being followed and most of all we all get home safe that being the public, the contractors and myself. Audits will be conducted onsite and retrospective to a detailed level and stored on our internal systems.I support attending CDM meetings with the Local Councils, Openreach and other contractors working on behalf of Openreach, sharing best practices, incidents and learns furthermore sharing success stories from our areas.
