I have 25 years’ experience leading complex business change, IT projects, programmes and portfolios, where a myriad of IT technologies were at the heart of delivery: SAP ECC, SAP BTP, Oracle, Website development, Business Process Management, migration of hosted SAP ECC to AWS cloud, End-User-Services / Computing (EUS / EUC) Windows desktop, networking, transportation.I also bring these critical skills: Servant Leadership - I build teams where their skillsets are harnessed. Stakeholder Engagement - I have worked closely with VP, C-level and D-level stakeholders, their teams, and those who influence decisions. I invest significant effort in building relationships to enable project success. Technical - I started in IT as a programmer and third-line mainframe and server support. I understand IT technical principles and can rapidly assimilate familiarisation of new technology domains, and conversing with technical SMEs using their terminology. Get things done - I am adept at navigating through the noise and politics to build momentum with delivery.I have forecast and managed project budgets between £2m to £5m, and programmes and portfolios with values over £10m.Experienced in Waterfall and Agile, and creating hybrid methodologies to fit delivery and company culture. I am APMP, Prince2 and ITIL qualified. Most recently, I successful delivered major business change to a global company on their SAP ECC system (MM, SD, FI, CO, GTM), leading projects from business requirements capture, SAP design, build and test, through to successful business adoption. Delivered the SAP Global Trade Management (GTM) module, involving complex global requirements capture and managing significant global business processes re-engineering.Managed teams of 50+ multi-skilled resources including SAP Functional Consultants, Infrastructure and Oracle technical leads, BAs, change managers, test managers, business SMEs, and solutions architects. Extensive experience managing dedicated and matrix resources, onshore and offshore, and third parties. Experienced in all aspects of project management including resource management, financial forecasting, budget management, supplier selection (Request for Information / Request for Proposal), commercial and procurement.
