I have been at the sharp end of Hospitality for 38 years. Originally trained at The Savoy, then St Andrews Old Course Hotel and The London Hilton on Park Lane. Then for the past 28 years I ran Rudding Park and took it from a £2m turnover to £28m, winning over 60 awards along the way. The highlight of these awards was AA Hotel of the year 2019, Visit England Hotel of the year 2018 and the Independent Hotel Catey 2019.
