What I do: I help businesses of all sizes find more time in their day to day operations by removing manual tasks related to print and document workflow, through automation, rationalisation and outsourced management.Who I work with: Business who are open to an honest conversation about where they are today and have an idea of where they are trying to get to. Those business could any size, if they have a clear goal of where they want to be regarding print and document workflow I can help them. The companies I work with have one thing in common: wanting to move from a simple ‘how much is it’ chat, to a business process and results driven conversation. Is that you?How I do it: Businesses have different goals they’re trying to achieve and they define success differently, my clients require a bespoke solution for them and their business needs. We start with a \"road mapping\" session so clients can design the solution they want; then we chart a course on how to get there. Why it matters: If your buying mantra is ‘to get three quotes’ all you will do is buy the lowest as it appears on a page in one or two metrics and then you are locked in to that for five years (the same ‘service’ you had before only a little bit cheaper). If you believe your business or the world around you hasn’t changed in the last five years and won’t for the next five then by all means stick with what you know.
