Reporting to the R2R GPO, and previously the VP of FACT (Finance Architecture, Change and Transformation), this role has accountability across the R2R restructuring change portfolio and selected strategic programmes. Roles• R2R Business Improvement & Transformation Director - mobilisation and implementation of R2R roadmap projects and portfolio management• Programme Director for Blackline system implementation (~1500 users across 70 countries)• Programme Director for Clinical Trial Cost Management (CTCM) system build and implementation, sponsored by VP of R&D Finance (~$4bn accrual, 3k users)Responsibilities• Drives execution at pace, establishes information transparency and resolves issues and risks• Programme leadership across design, PMO, change, deployment, tech, SOx controls and data workstreams• Establishes and enables the right governance for the project and coordinates across stakeholders• Manage the relationship with external delivery partners• Manage $10m+ pa budget and project team of over 50 people (on both Blackline and CTCM)Achievements• Award winning Blackline deployment delivering a step change in standardization, balance sheet reconciliation oversight, controls and 30% reconciliation automation • Successfully automated the CFO Balance Sheet Integrity review and attestation process using power BI (>50 CFOs and >110 balance sheet packs) • Led team that delivered Co-star lease accounting system implementation
