Budget file to management and cost center heads with highlights & commentaries on the over / under spends & exceptions reporting.\\\\n Support the business for new product launches, indication expansion, pricing proposals in terms of review of business case P&L.\\\\n Prepare presentation for Board Meeting (Business Update), quarterly Townhall, LRP, RBU and ABU for review by senior management.\\\\n Review of monthly A&P, Manpower and Phase – IV spends (forming major portion of overall cost of company).\\\\n Quarterly meeting with Business Heads and Support Function Heads to discuss on the respective Brand P&L, current run-rates & ROY required run-rates to meet the individual department targets.\\\\n Support the BD Team with data analytics in new M&A deals.\\\\n Specific Business Partnering with Institutional Business Team.\\\\n Business partnering (as part of CFT) in crafting the long term Brand Strategy.\\\\n Monthly meeting with Business Unit Heads / marketing Managers for alignment on V4CAST numbers (sales forecasting) & for reviewing by CP and CFO before final submissions.\\\\n Working on regional requirements & providing the details within stipulated timelines.\\\\n Interim CBP of India MC w.e.f. 01st Oct’2020 & onwards.\\\\n\\\\nOther Key Achievements\\\\n Won the 2020 Asia Area Award for leading the FP & A division of India & delivering quality & timely PB’21.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
