Pete Buhl is the AVP of Claim operations for Fremont Insurance Company and has recently taken on an additional role in the Organization as the AVP of Casualty claims for the Auto Club Group. He has fifteen years of experience within the insurance industry and started his career in claims with the Auto Club Group in 2002. Pete joined Fremont Insurance Company in 2005 and has played a significant role in the development of the Claims Department and overall operations. Pete has been a strong advocate for the adoption of the Net Promoter Scoring (NPS) system within the claims department. Since the introduction of NPS, Pete has developed several strategic initiatives to ensure Fremont customers and agents are receiving consistent “Best in Class” service. These initiatives have contributed to the long term profitable success Fremont has been able to achieve over the past several years.Pete graduated Magna Cum Laude from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing his master’s degree at CMU.
