Some careers are built in offices. Mine was built in the space between people — where guidance, trust, and timely support make the difference between someone feeling overwhelmed and someone taking their next step with confidence. As an Engagement Advisor, I don’t just work with systems — I work with people navigating real life challenges. Whether it’s helping a job seeker understand how to take that first step into a new opportunity or working with delivery partners to ensure support is aligned and accessible, I’ve learned that meaningful outcomes are built on connection. Every day, I help bridge the gap between intention and execution. I collaborate with Employment Advisors, liaise with external partners, and keep communication flowing across multidisciplinary teams — ensuring each participant feels heard and supported. I advocate for clarity, reduce friction in onboarding processes, and guide individuals into services that can change their lives. The impact? Improved program engagement, smoother onboarding journeys, and trusted relationships with the people and partners who make it all possible. At my core, I’m someone who listens, adapts, and acts — because the smallest action can be the start of someone’s next chapter. And I’m here to help turn that page.
