Clubhouse Tours is based in central Ohio, with established clients nationwide. I work with our clients to see how video best fits into their marketing program, coordinate shoots, stage vacant models, assist in shoots and provide training for leasing personnel on creative ways to use video tours and their websites in their marketing and leasing efforts. My previous 10 years in property management at a corporate level focused on model design, curb appeal and marketing providing me a trained eye for detail in the business. Being married to an award winning videographer was a perfect fit to develop the highest quality video tours in the market today. Combining the above with a unique customized on-line menued player to host community tours provides our clients with the most polished, professional presentation of their communities on the web.
