Here\'s a summary of what I\'m doing at NWU: • Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives for all aspects of the university; partner with administration, faculty, and staff to meet communication and university goals. • Develop and execute brand strategies and messages for internal and external audiences. • Manage the relationship with our digital marketing agency and coordinate with internal team to plan, develop and monitor university advertising. • Lead and supervise a marketing team of nine; manage the functions of writing, graphic design, web content, web development and project management. • Partner with the director of public relations to coordinate university messaging across mediums. • Plan, manage and lead communication projects for university priority areas including undergraduate, transfer, and graduate enrollment, advancement and alumni campaigns, theatre, and overall campus aesthetics. • Co-lead a university strategic priority committee. • Build, manage and balance a large communication budget. • Serve on various all-university committees.
