As a food technology intern at Balaji Food Product, I applied my knowledge of quality control techniques and production management to oversee the operations of wafer, namkeen, and frymes production lines. I also supported quality control by inspecting and testing samples, ensuring compliance with company standards. This experience not only deepened my understanding of food safety regulations but also honed my teamwork and laboratory skills.I am currently pursuing my M.Tech in Food Supply Chain Management from NIFTEM-K, where I am learning about the latest trends and innovations in the food industry. I have also earned certifications in Global Entrepreneurship and HACCP & Its Implementation With Food Industry, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to contribute to the growth and success of organizations in the food sector.
