Management of CAPEX projects in Tetra Pak factories around the world- Risk management - diverse environment, different teams for different projects, specific requirements and risks for each factory and country- Stakeholder management - wide and diverse group of stakeholders, such as Factory directors around the world, receiving factory crew, Product Owners, Program Managers, Process managers, Logistics, Development engineers, implementation crew, among others- Budget management - as in any project, budget must be managed in a proper way, even if we work intercompany- Management of earlier phase of development projects - It brings extra complexity, unknown risks, expectations to be managed, stakeholder communication and management more intensive- CAPEX PM coach - working closing the knowledge gaps between development teams and the project implementation team- Lead department meetings such as deep dives where the team brings improvements ideas or issues to be discussed- Support to create rollout strategy, understanding the impact each project can bring to the factories, reducing risks, and increasing the value

ABOUT PEDRO NASCIMENTO
Mechanical engineering with experience in TPM/WCM mostly focused in improvements of machines and process aiming efficiency increase and waste decrease.Currently working as Project Manager using Early Management methodology from WCM, which uses the PMBok as tools for every phase of the project. I am also concluding a MBA in Project Management and looking forwards to apply for PMI.These and other experiences such as working since my 16 years old, been in the military as an platoon commander, working at Walt Disney World in US and Robert Bosch in Germany, leaded myself to many developed skills, thanks to that I am pretty good in communication both in Portuguese and English, not as much in German though, but very good with analytical and strategical thinking, Also good team worker.
