As SEO Assurance and Governance, my role encompasses various responsibilities to ensure the effective running of our programmes.I collaborate with senior roles to draft board agendas, maintain a log of board decisions, and work with decision owners to provide report updates. I analyse data and present findings at various Matrix boards, ensuring appropriate governance arrangements and clear escalation routes and accountabilities.I develop and maintain documents and processes to independently assess and confirm that the programme is on track, supporting ongoing verification and validation of progress.I manage project and programme controls, providing regular status reports to different stakeholders and overseeing transitions between project phases to ensure continuity.I ensure robust planning systems are in place, integrating activities throughout the programme lifecycle, and keeping management documents updated and available for review.I meet corporate reporting requirements and ensure the programme reporting process aligns with main boards. I work with workstream leads, project managers, and the Reporting Lead to keep activities aligned with organisational objectives and manage external stakeholders to ensure proper programme management.I manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the lead point of contact for Assurance-related matters and supporting external reviews and assessments of the programme’s processes.I ensure agreed actions are implemented and lessons learned are applied to future initiatives, keeping the programme on track and adaptable based on evaluations.
