Parul Somani is a decision strategist empowering individuals and organizations to navigate hard decisions in the face of uncertainty and change. A graduate of MIT and Harvard Business School, she built her career at Bain & Company, where she rose to Senior Manager advising private equity firms, and later held leadership roles in Silicon Valley startups.Her path shifted dramatically after she was diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer at age thirty-one, shortly after the birth of her second child. Choosing to document her journey publicly through her blog, “New Job. New Baby. New Cancer,” she reached readers in more than 85 countries and became a powerful voice for survivorship, mindset, and resilience.
