With a postgraduate degree in Information Technology Business Analysis from Conestoga College, I have developed strong skills in data analytics, SQL, and technical sales, which I have applied to various roles in the IT industry.Most recently, I was a UAT Analyst at DLL, where I performed user acceptance testing on Azure cloud solutions, ensuring their functionality, security, and usability. I collaborated with developers, project managers, and clients to identify and resolve issues, document test results, and provide feedback and recommendations. I applied my AZ900 and AZ104 certifications to enhance my knowledge and expertise in Azure cloud services and administration.Previously, I was a Business Consultant at CCTV Direct, where I supported the development and implementation of business strategies, processes, and solutions that increased customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue. I leveraged my data analytics skills to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance, and used my technical sales skills to communicate effectively with potential and existing clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of CCTV products and services.I am passionate about learning new technologies and solving complex problems, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
