I lead product strategy and execution for AI agents, skills, and forecasting platforms. I set the cadence, align teams around the right decisions, and get the work shipped.I’ve built platform roadmaps and AI/ML tooling that turn research into real product. That includes shared architectures that let multiple teams move in sync, governance and lifecycle controls that keep things scalable, and forecasting systems that help teams make smarter calls on capacity, demand, and risk. I’m intentional about building trust in from the start, with evaluation, reliability, and compliance as first-class parts of the platform.My focus is also on agent orchestration and skills architecture, plus the end-to-end experience that makes it all usable: clean APIs, solid SDKs, and feedback loops that keep us honest. I like shipping, learning fast, and keeping the portfolio tight by doubling down on what works and retiring what doesn’t.Outside of work, I build small agentic apps to stay close to the craft.
