EPAM specialises in service development, digital platform engineering, and digital product design. They work with companies from Fortune 500 and have 60K+ employees in 50 countries. • As a key designer in the UK\'s most reliable mobile network, I contributed to launching 10+ projects. Through deep research and tests, I’ve updated current sales experiences, which resulted in a revenue increase of 20% in 2022. Worked on product pages, navigation, checkout flow and backend systems for new/existing customer support. • I delivered 4 core projects for one of the top Airlines in the world for 15M monthly active users. After analysing pre-booking experience, a series of workshops with stakeholders and user tests, I’ve designed new pages and improvements, which resulted in a 19% sales increase while preparing for FIFA. Worked on design for user’s pre-booking experience: destination requirements, offer pages and special events. I contributed to the cancellation flow and flight changes. • After a close collaboration with a group of American Universities, stakeholders, main staff and students, I designed a tool that reduced the cost of universities by an average of 14% for student learning materials. Designed a series of groups of dashboards, guidelines and rules to be able to scale the tool. • Improved support experience for the world\'s top electronic distributor through analytics, competitor analysis, insights, feedback, user interviews and many other activities. As a result, it reduced the number of support phone calls by 12% and moved the customer satisfaction score above 75%. • Actively contributed to hiring new design talents on the company level. As a result, hired 17 new designers.
