ABOUT PAVEL SHMYGIN
My first specialization was ingeneering and I had experience in math analysis and computer science. Later my design career kicked off in a design agency in 2009. I’ve explored my talents trough graphic design, 3d modelling, illustartion and animation.After 6 years in IT I’m proficient in UI, UX and product design. Specializing on complex web/desktop applications. I’m used to present concepts, conduct user interviews and tests to reveal problems and validate best solutions. Worked on projects for e-learning and inhouse HR & finances in cross-functional teams using SCRUM and waterfall methodologies. Had major experience working on users accounts and admin zones design.I always look for native and simple solutions to help users achieve their goals. Believe that revenue is the best metric. Prefer progress over perfection & work iteratively. Have no doubt killing features that doesn’t work.
