WORK HISTORY
Non Executive Director @Enginuity
London, GB
Enginuity is not just a new name for the Semta Group, it’s a way of thinking and solving problems- As an apprentice who has worked in a background of UK\'s largest OEMs, with GKN Aerospace, Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems and Airbus where my passion for sustainable aviation began I am determined we need to ensure apprentices are maintained through these challenging times- I act as a diverse member of the board, bringing innovation and supporting the CEO and chair on engagement in this area, and look forward to the day we don\'t have to call this out- As a digital technology first mover, I look at the future of manufacturing and engineering from a productivity lens and bringing the power of collaborative computing to augment working in Science and Engineering requires us all to continue learning. As a result of the Ventilator Challenge UK - realise we need digital leaders and mentors and working to develop these.
