We build systems, processes, and cultures that prevent them.From metrics to meaning: We measure what matters, turning data into insights that guide smarter decisions and lasting improvements.From teams to ecosystems: True reliability comes from collaboration across product, engineering, and business stakeholders, aligning everyone on resilience as a shared goal.But what I’m most proud of is the culture we’re building. A culture where incidents are learning opportunities, not blame games. Where automation replaces toil so engineers can focus on impact. Where every team member has the space to grow their skills, their careers, and their confidence.Because in the end, great systems are built by great people.
