As a federal government consultant, I lead on the use of video games to promote digital media literacy and built cognitive resilience to foreign propaganda and disinformation.• Designed, competed, awarded, and managed $5m in Ukraine Assistance to build cognitive resilience to propaganda and disinformation through games, game jams, research, eSports, and synthetic media literacy.• Built a coalition among like-minded governments, industry, and civil society to leverage games to promote media literacy and to disrupt foreign information manipulation and influence.• Organized a 100-person event focused on gaming and media literacy during the UN General Assembly.• Developed and executed a strategic vision and action plan to guide the gaming and digital media literacy portfolio, managing an annual budget of over Managed the completion, launch, efficacy study, localization, and marketing campaign of the client\'s award-winning counter propaganda and disinformation mobile and desktop game, Cat Park, in 11 languages, reaching over 200k plays.• Managed from ideation to launch the development of a new Swahili-language game, Safari ya Singida, played by dialing a toll-free number, and promotion in Tanzania using micro- and nano-social media influencers, reaming 3m+ views.• Delivered 100+ presentations to exchange groups, professional associations, governments, and international convenings on games, digital media literacy, and how threat actors are using games.• Designed innovative programming to harness micro- and nano-social media influencers (messengers) to promote media literacy, civic engagement, and pro-Ukraine content (message), framed as game-related content (medium) to apathetic or ill-informed voters (audience) in the EU ahead of 2024 parliamentary elections.• Coached 75 young Southeast Asian game developers during a game jam, to develop six games at the intersection of counter disinformation and climate, sexual health, and financial literacy.
