HR professional with an extensive background in retail and FMCG, spending earlier career years at Sainsbury’s and Carlsberg before going on to HR business partner various functions of Unilever on a UK, Regional and Global level. With a wicked sense of humour, enjoys a dynamic and purposeful environment whilst nurturing a healthy loathing for inefficiency and bureaucracy. A challenge junkie - at work and play. In a bid to keep continuously improving (or at least not to let it all go.) keeps entering \'active challenges\'- attempting keep fit enough to stay in the middle of the pack in triathlons and mass participation running events. Climbed Kilimanjaro in 2014 and completed Ironman UK in 2015 and Vichy in 2016. Ex-Chairperson of Leeds and Bradford Triathlon Club. Can now be found somewhere in the Yorkshire Dales on a bike.
