ABOUT PAULINE BARREAUD
Hi, I’m Pauline Barreaud! I’m a UC Berkeley exchange student with experience fostering diversity and innovation within organizations. I’m passionate about leveraging diversity to drive employee satisfaction and improve performance - topics that inspire my current thesis at ESSEC. In my previous HR roles, I focused on creative problem-solving and people-centred strategies. My adaptability, combined with an empathetic and proactive approach, allows me to build strong, trusting relationships. This experience not only enriches my work in HR but also aligns with my interest in designing workplace solutions that positively impact organizational growth and employee well-being. As an enthusiastic ESSEC and UC Berkeley student, I bring a global outlook to my academic and professional endeavours, particularly in HR, marketing, and innovative project management. My travels through six continents have expanded my horizons and deepened my interest in cultural subtleties and inventive business strategies. In addition to my studies and projects, I volunteer at Xenophon Therapeutic Riding Facility, where children with disabilities can connect with horses and experience physical therapy through riding.
