Promoted to Director for three product divisions with P&L responsibility; Motorcycles, ATV and Marine Outboard engines. Restructured the divisions to create one cohesive team and worked extensively with my management team to build a high-performing division that delivers results consistently and sustainably. Some of my proudest moments so far include implementing a company-wide weekly engagement measurement programme and building my divisional staff engagement score to 9/10 (and we\'re not done yet). At an Operational level, delivering \'best-ever\' volumes in our Marine business through a pandemic and growing our market share and profitability in all areas has been a real reward for the detailed planning and execution.
