But it’s the best way I know how to express how I approach my calling. As a trainer, developer, mentor, or parent (God-willing), I teach to equip and empower those I teach to become better than me.It’s not hard to understand if you know that my overarching terminal objective is to leave the world a better place than I found it. I try to make every decision in service of this goal.Lucky for us, we don’t have to be a globe-trotting billionaire philanthropist, a doctor without borders, or even own a passport to do our part.
