Partnering with new and existing Clients in a consultative capacity with a view to better understanding their existing business challenges and requirements, both technical and functional, and mapping them to solutions, services, and consultative-based offerings from Genesys.Engaging with all levels of Client organisations, and tailoring the approach and messaging to meet the needs of various business and technical stakeholders including C-level decision-makers, in support of Genesys solution opportunities and business growth.Supporting the UK & I regional team to be successful within territory, by defining the business value of Genesys solutions. Achieved primarily through the undertaking of Client-based operational walk throughs and discovery sessions, promoting the appreciation and understanding of Genesys solutions through tailored \'art of the possible\' solution demonstrations, responding to RFx\'s, and conducting workshops and presentations to articulate how Genesys solutions deliver customer experience transformation and benefit to business users. Also through the creation of supporting documentation, such as Discovery, Architecture & Solution Design Proposals, with a view to ensuring a smooth transition to the Genesys Professional Services and Customer Success Management teams.
