Newton Blue designs, implements and manages the best internal recruitment solutions for our clients business, working on-site or off-site and branded as their own in-house team or recruitment partner. Specialising in the technology and software solutions sectors we’re the in-house recruiter for a number of the UK’s leading tech and healthcare companies. We negate the need for external agencies and reduce recruitment costs by around 70%. We deliver an enhanced candidate experience which protects and enhances the employer brand and attracts better talent. Recruitment spend is fully budgeted in advance with no unexpected costs, and by aligning recruitment with the overall business strategy we ensure better quality hires & lower attrition rates.With 25 years’ experience in recruitment and almost 20 years as a contingency recruiter I have seen and lived most of the problems caused by a commission-based industry model. We were already providing retained options for clients when in 2016 I took the decision to focus exclusively on delivering scale-able recruitment solutions which help companies bring recruitment in-house. I spend my working life assessing, designing, implementing and managing the best and most effective recruitment and hiring strategies for clients.
