Working closely with our Exec, I’m privileged to be building a learning organisation at GPS where we help our employees develop their careers and grow as we grow! We’ve now introduced Insights Discovery, a tool I’ve used successfully in other organisations, to build high performing teams, break down communication barriers and provide a common language around preferences. Being a trusted advisor to senior leaders means I can call out behaviours that may or may not be helping us, providing coaching, and challenging preconceptions. There’s something very special about being part of a small but maturing organisation that’s determined to expand their thinking on how we create an environment that helps our people succeed. Great to be influencing those conversations and making things happen!
