ABOUT AYOOLA ADEOGUN
I\'m a construction programme planner with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-site building programmes using Primavera P6. I hold an MSc in Global Urban Development and Planning from the University of Manchester, Licentiate membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), and Associate membership of the Association for Project Management (APM). I\'m also a Project Management Institute (PMI) member and PMP candidate. My construction planning experience was built leading a £4.3m phased construction programme — delivering 42 school buildings across 3 regions over 46 months. Working in a challenging multi-stakeholder environment, I scaled the programme from 2 to 8 concurrent builds by redesigning the master schedule, introducing subcontractor programme reviews, and integrating supply chain forecasting directly into the P6 programme. The result: 97.6% schedule adherence and materials availability improved from 37% to 98%. My core expertise: Primavera P6 master schedule development activity programmes) Critical path analysis, float management and baseline control Delay analysis and recovery planning Earned value management — S-curves, SPI, CPI, BCWP Subcontractor programme oversight and NEC contract awareness Power BI reporting integrated with P6 data I\'m currently applying my planning skills to a UK community hub development project in Manchester — managing the acquisition programme against a construction timeline — as I make a deliberate transition into the UK infrastructure and construction planning market. If you\'re looking for a planner who combines technical P6 expertise with programme-level delivery experience and strong stakeholder management, I\'d welcome a conversation. p••••••••@gmail.com | Manchester, UK
