Senior lawyer, with over two decades of experience in major energy transactions, specialising in M&A, joint ventures and project financing of renewables and clean energy projects. Proven track record of leading complex, high-value international transactions and large-scale project financings, with a strong focus on strategic legal risk management, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.
