ABOUT PAUL JARVIS
With over 25 years experience in the Consulting ad Systems Integration industry I currently lead the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) component of IBM’s UK Business Analytics and Optimisation (BAO) offering. I also have a personal market focus in information / analytics related business development and large programme leadership within the financial services sector. I have experience in both programme management and consulting practice leadership positions. During my career I have worked in multiple industries including Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences and Central Government and have led large cross functional teams through major technology enabled change programmes. My skills allow me to understand, articulate and react to the complex risks and issues involved in large scale information and technology enabled change programmes, to lead sales activities that secure such engagements, to plan, initiate and control these assignments, to develop close professional relationships with senior client management and to attract, lead, inspire and develop the very best staff. In addition to my technical, consulting and commercial capabilities I have strong core skills in senior stakeholder management, communication, people leadership, influencing and team building.
