As a Veterans Service Officer, I have the honor of serving those who’ve served. In this role, I work directly with veterans and their families to navigate the often complex landscape of federal, state, and local benefits. I provide one-on-one support, helping each veteran understand their entitlements and guiding them through the claims process for disability compensation, pensions, healthcare, education, and more.My responsibilities include managing sensitive case files, advocating on behalf of veterans, and ensuring they receive the benefits they’ve earned through their service. I also provide vital assistance to surviving spouses and family members, offering compassionate support through times of transition and loss.This position is more than administrative—it’s about advocacy, honor, and ensuring no veteran is left behind. From active duty transition to end-of-life support, I remain committed to upholding the promise our nation made to its service members.
