The Services business, with over 1100 staff, delivering major ICT/BPO partnerships with local government, transforming for the better, the way that local government provides services for local communities. The business transformation program, including Shared Services and Customer Access, have delivered real and significant cost savings and improved services for citizens. The Services business also supports the major change program taking place within the Police marketplace with the introduction and operating of a shared IT infrastructure to support common working practices and systems for all 43 Police Authorities. Within the Health marketplace, the focus on prevention and intervention strategies has led to innovative new services around new born baby screening and electronic patient records within Ireland.I have the responsibility in managing the team, of 40 staff onshore and 50 offshore, responsible for hosting and supporting our customers infrastructures
