Defining guidelines and best practices for the QA strategy• Defining testing scope, objectives, and deliverables for each testing phase.• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirement and to ensure test coverage in all testing phases.• Managing test data creation, validation, and maintenance to ensure realistic test scenarios. • Identify risk and assess risk associated with testing activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential negative impact on project timelines and quality.• Gather and analyse testing metrics, such as test coverage, defect density and automation coverage.• Monitor test execution progress and identify areas of improvement and contribute to the refinement of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Reviewing testing documentation, testing deliverable for CAB (Change Advisory Board).• Communicating testing progress, results ad issues to stakeholders, providing clear and concise status report to all external and internal project stakeholders.• Review test automation coverage, testing scripts, defining automation test execution frequency as per requirements.• Monitor test automation execution reports, analyse the reports, and take appropriate actions if needed.• Coordinate Automation Testing efforts (interaction/sync with client, other work streams, execution team)• Expertise on various testing methodologies and techniques, such as manual testing, automation testing, regression testing, performance and load testing, user acceptance testing and sanity testing after production release. • Vendor and business users interactions for Business UATs.• Managing end to end business UAT, from defining strategy to business UAT signoff. • Participating in initiation, planning, various requirement related discussions, service introduction call for business and vendors, change management discussions and release planning meetings.• Showcasing new functionalities to stakeholders after QA testing completed
