Engages and maintains stakeholder communications to promote project delivery, maintain customer confidence and enhance relations.• Managing designs: provides definition and delivery of engineering solutions, adopting a ‘right first time’ strategy, delivered on time and to budget. Focuses on providing quality designs that are fit for purpose and meet both legal and ethical obligations. Adopts a life-cycle (cradle-to-grave) approach to design development and review, driven by safety yet motivated to providing value. Strong emphasis on maintaining an auditable trail that demonstrates the decision-making process and design review. Maintains configuration control and applies lessons-learnt.
