In this role, I am responsible for leading the Solution Consulting team that oversees LSEG\'s Trading & Banking business in the EMEA region. My role involves establishing targets to ensure that the team effectively contributes to the attainment of our annual revenue objectives. I work closely with both internal teams and clients to develop customized product solutions. Additionally, I leverage LSEG Professional Services to create tailored solutions, while also collaborating with the Product Management team to implement standard solutions. Some key achievements include:• I contributed to the Trading & Banking sales team\'s annual target achievements consistently.• I enhanced the team\'s sales orientation by incorporating pipeline generation into the responsibilities.• I managed the SpecialistWhoCode program for front-line sales in EMEA and engaged with senior customer representatives on significant sales opportunities, particularly in terminal/data & analytics displacements of competitors across multiple solutions.• I boosted the utilisation of our Professional Services team by fostering proactive engagement within the wider sales organisation to ensure timely service offerings in relevant opportunities.• I crafted a Displacement playbook for the organisation to improve our win rate.• I negotiated a new FX Post Trade solution in collaboration with a global bank.• I orchestrated the transition of multiple global banks from Bloomberg/Factset and Cap IQ to Refinitiv\'s desktop offering.• I achieved the sale of numerous custom Electronic Sales solutions to clients in the MEA region.• I expanded the existing product portfolio by incorporating Refinitiv Compliance services solution.
