Working closely with all France, Southern Europe, Nordics & Benelux teams of WeWork International- Improving the building portfolio: Run financial analysis on new investment projects (DCF, IRR, Payback period.) to fit with profitability strategy / Run financial analysis and provide strategic solutions for non-performing buildings- Analysing Financial performance of SE,N&B portfolio (+50 Buildings): Report to management on a monthly basis regarding the financial performance of the territory- Analysis and Approval of potential new deals for small SKU office hand to hand with the Sales team - Working on other tranversal financial topics (community training, financial statements.)
