Support two Area Vice Presidents in the Emerging Technology Solutions organization, providing daily, MTD and YTD sales reporting along with forecast/funnel reporting. Responsibilities include auditing account assignments and quotas monthly, providing monthly rep/manager sales rankings, tracking individual rep sales performance for use by management in performance reviews and coaching. Commission files are reviewed and distributed monthly to each management team; commission issues are identified, researched and resolved quickly. Powerpoint presentations are prepared for Operations Reviews with upper management, Branch Reviews with AVPs and their managers, and monthly All Hands Calls for the AVPs and their teams. Ad hoc reporting is provided for AVPs and management, as requested.
