Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Vessel Inspections & Personnel Assessment:Conduct comprehensive inspections (during weekly sailing visits on board) across ADNOC’s Offshore Support Vessel fleet—including DP and non-DP PSVs, Anchor Handlers, ERRVs, DSVs, FSCs, and harbor support units. Evaluate vessel condition, operational practices, and personnel performance to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards operation procedures, international regulations, and best industry practices.OCIMF Behavioural Competency Assessment:Perform crew assessments aligned with OCIMF’s Behavioural Competency Assessment and Verification (BCAV) framework, focusing on decision-making, communication, leadership, and situational awareness in operational contexts (carried out in workplace enviroment and under operational pressure).Reporting & Safety Oversight:Prepare detailed reports for ADNOC senior management, summarizing inspection outcomes, safety culture effectiveness, competency gaps, and recommendations for corrective action or improvement.Training & Development:Deliver targeted onboard and classroom training to seagoing staff (Senior and Junior Officers), fostering the development of essential technical and non-technical skills in line with ADNOC’s operational and safety standards.Competency Assurance System Management:Operate and continuously improve ADNOC’s bespoke competency assessment framework, ensuring robust evaluation against both STCW requirements and ADNOC-specific operational expectations.Digital Assessment Platform:Utilize and support the enhancement of a cloud-based assessment tool integrated with vessel operations, enabling real-time monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous workforce development.Fleet Types: PSV (DP and Non-DP), Anchor Handling Vessels (Non-DP), ERRV, FSC, Harbor Support Fleet, DSV (Non-DP), and TSM Vessels.
