ABOUT PATRICK SAMBIASI

Born in Italy, moved to France at the age of 13 to integrate the International High School of Saint-Germain-En-Laye, Patrick Sambiasi is a Film & Television graduate from the University of Warwick, UK. Passionate about filmmaking he writes several articles for the Film & the TV section of the Boar, the University newspaper while also writing several short-films and long features. After two months at the University he writes and directs his first short-film The Psychology of Evil which will be showcased almost exactly a year later at the Warwick Filmmakers\' Showcase with five other short movies. The Warwick Filmmakers’ Showcase is a franchised mixed media university event that he has co-founded with Geoffrey Mugford and he has acted as programme coordinator for over three years. Since then Patrick has written and directed a post-apocalyptic short film entitled Remains and has completed a two-year Masters program at the Spéos Photographic Institute with the goal to gain a much deeper understanding of Studio Lighting, Image Retouching and the Photography Industry. Patrick Sambiasi has successfully ran a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for the production of the short drama Death Suits You Well and has co-founded a film production company called TearDust and acted as creative director. He is now based in Paris working as a Fashion & Fine Art Photographer.Over the years his Fashion editorials have been published in several independent magazines and in 2021 he was one of the finalists for the Prix Picto de la Photographie de Mode with his futuristic series Anywhere but Here and Replicants. Since then he has been working on his new series New Covenant of the Goddess, he is working on the layout of his first photo book of the series Memories of a Floating World sand he is experimenting with Artificial Intelligence with his Instagram account Ava Betty Inc.Film Reviews (Torn Apart): - Commercial Photography:@avabettyinc
