The projects typically involve the customer expanding or upgrading their network offering and I as the Project Manager am responsible for meeting the need within a given timeframe and budget. • Planning - Understanding the scope and setting an appropriate budget. Ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and equipped. Ensuring all hardware parts are available and ordered. Making sure the engineers required to install and test the equipment are booked. Defining the change management procedures.• Managing - Hosting daily and weekly calls with the customer to track progress and review scope. Communicating and processing any job changes. Providing weekly highlight reports and managing an AIR (Actions/Issues/Risks) register.• Closing - Arranging internal and external audits. Receiving sign off from all parties. Lessons learned reporting and sharing among the wider EMEA team.• Finance - Throughout the project lifecycle: responsible for purchase orders, invoicing, forecasting and budgeting.
