Hands on Executive leading a team of 20 on shore and 10 offshore resources to manage, upgrade, and support all business applications and development of our eCommerce website. • Oversaw our SAP Hybris upgrade from 6.7 to 20.05 and a data center move from CCv1 to CCv2. • Utilize an Agile development methodology to quickly adapt to business needs in all areas of business application and website development. • Led the design, build, user training, and implementation rollout of a completely in house-built Point of Sale system that was delivered on time and on budget with little to no impact to store operations. • Oversee our IT Project Portfolio Management process which is our mechanism to regularly align with the executive leadership team to prioritize IT projects, review new project requests, provide project progress, status, and other project metrics. • Responsible for planning and managing our annual department budget of $12M • Routinely negotiate external contracts in excess of $1M. • Responsible for Business Applications, Website Development, and Corporate Reporting strategy, planning, and roadmap generation. • Responsible for providing 24/7 incident management across the application landscape for user support and system uptime for both US and East Asia entities.
