Passionate about transforming organizations to the better. I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from LMU Munich and bring over six years of leadership experience at Allianz, driving business transformation and productivity, mainly by applying technology to real business challenges.I specialize in bridging strategy, innovation, and execution, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results. Currently, I manage a large-scale transformation program and Allianz‘ automotive insurance platform with 180+ FTE and a €25mn annual budget.
