I contribute to the implementation and migration of cloud-based software solutions for life sciences companies, accelerating their ability to bring therapies to patients.Key responsibilities include:* Collaborating with Senior Consultants and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.* Participating in business process discovery workshops, gathering detailed requirements, and performing fit/gap analyses.* Configuring and tailoring Veeva products to align with specific customer business needs and operational workflows.* Assisting in the building, testing, and deployment phases of software solutions, ensuring successful go-live.* Developing and delivering training sessions to equip customer teams with the knowledge to effectively utilize Veeva applications.* Creating comprehensive documentation, including system requirements and design specifications, to support successful project implementations.* Communicating complex technical and business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.* Guiding customer project teams in adopting industry best practices related to business processes and technical design.This role provides exposure to cross-European projects and a diverse international team, fostering rapid growth in consulting methodologies, functional and technical proficiency in Veeva software, and in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry.
