ABOUT TRISH EICHAR
I am a partner practicing public finance law at Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe LLP. My practice involves bond, disclosure and underwriter counsel work, as well as issuer counsel work, for a large variety of municipal bond and loan transactions. I am very involved in public infrastructure finance through assessment districts and community facilities districts throughout the State of California. In addition, I work closely with local governments and statewide entities for the issuance of general obligation bonds, enterprise revenue bonds, and lease revenue bonds. Further, I represent large state issuers as both bond and disclosure counsel. I have also served as bond counsel for 501(c)(3) transactions, for senior living, healthcare and education borrowers among others. I am proud to say that my practice allows me to help my clients provide tangible benefits to the people in the communities served by them.
