Provide and support end-user technologies in a large law firm environment-Demonstrates awesome customer service support for end-users whom may call the desk phone extension directly, providing timely solutions & quick work arounds of known issues-Provides MDM setup and support for iPhone devices of authorized users in the Firm\'s environment-Attend weekly meetings with the media department to discuss scheduling & staging of Firm meetings and events-Provide assistance with staging meeting events such as zoom video conferencing, power point presentations, & upcoming client meetings in Firm conference rooms-Responsible for maintaining, imaging, configuring, deploying of laptop equipment, & software applications to the end-user environment-Collaborates closely with other IT departments such as endpoint engineering, to test, implement, and maintain multiple applications in the Firm\'s environment-Manages & maintains Firm’s asset life-cycle processes through accurate and complete up-to-date inventory records, detailing all technology equipment owned by the firm. Performs spot checks, and weekly audits to ensure asset inventory accuracy of current hardware devices and peripherals-Involved in successfully completing a 4-month, firm-wide refresh deployment project consisting of more than 700 users. The Firm-wide refresh consisted of new laptops, Monitors, peripherals, Win 11, & Office 365 software rollout.
