Welcome and thanks a lot for visiting my profile!I am a highly motivated, experienced and multiple award-winning Health Manager, Health Promotion expert and Workplace Safety specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology- and services industry. I am skilled in program- and project management, vendor management and know the principles of health promotion and prevention inside out.Also, I acquired Health Benefits expertise while being part of the IBM EMEA Health Benefits team for over five years. I was able to implement some very successful health promotion programs that were \"first of a kind\" in some countries, helping to change the local \"prevention landscape\" to the better.During my long career, I implemented countless innovative health promotion offerings across the EMEA region, some of which were taken over by other multi-national corporations. E.g, in 2005, I introduced skin cancer screenings at IBM Germany - a program that is still very popular - in 2007, colon cancer screenings using immunological tests and in 2014, the Global Corporate Challenge (now Virgin Pulse Go), which I launched in more than 20 countries up to now.Later on, I led the implementation of an online Health Risk Assessment in many EMEA countries, and in 2019/2020, the implementation of the Employee Assistance Program in > 40 countries.In most cases, the communication assets for all these campaigns were also developed by me.Moreover, I have been active in the field of organizational- and leadership development, e.g, I developed and facilitated online trainings on “healthy leadership“ for many years, and in 2020, helped embed health promotion content into the global IBM Manager training.In the past few years, I acquired skills in the area of data privacy, triggered by the launch of GDPR, started a learning path in data analytics and aquired the Lean Six Sigma Certificate.Last but not least, I have always been an enthusiastic networker and integrator, always looking for a win-win situation, for both IBM and our business partners.
