ABOUT A PASLAR

I’m a product leader and founder. I have been building and scaling Web3 platforms from the ground up. Over the past eight years I’ve helped launch and grow products that now reach more than 120k users, 26+ DAOs, and over $70M in total value locked. I have also secured more than £4M in funding from VCs, angels, and public good foundations.My work has spanned synthetic assets, DeFi, oracles, and decentralised identity, from co-founding DEUS Finance (later evolved into Symm.io) and Muon Network, to leading product at General Magic (Praise) and driving adoption at BrightID. Along the way I’ve partnered with and earned the trust of projects like Avalanche, Gitcoin, Consensys, Worldcoin, and Optimism Foundation.What I do best is turn technical innovation into adoption and growth. I’ve built and led globally distributed teams, translated complex products into investor-ready pitches, secured strategic partnerships, and designed incentive systems and user flows that drive engagement. I’m also battle-tested when the pressure is on, from meeting fundraising deadlines to resolving security incidents, and I enjoy fast-moving environments where delivery really matters.I bring the mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution needed to take products from concept to scale.
