ABOUT PASCAL JANSEN

I am a Research Associate and Ph.D. candidate in Human-Computer Interaction, focusing on ubiquitous personalized technologies that adapt to diverse user states, preferences, and needs in everyday environments. My work integrates computational modeling, inclusive design principles, and user interface optimization.Building on this foundation of ubiquitous personalization, I explore various application areas, including Augmented and Virtual Reality, Explainable AI, and Generative AI for human augmentation. Moreover, I investigate Future Mobility, combining empirical research in vehicle simulation with insights into user experience design.This multifaceted approach enables me to develop and evaluate solutions that enhance human-technology interactions and inform the development of understandable, user-centered intelligent systems.
