Account Management for customers in Industrial and Automotive Drive Systems (gearboxes, brakes, clutches, sensors, renewable energy and power generation/transmission). My role includes the following tasks- Main point of contact for existing customers- Responsibility for achievement of sales and profit objectives and extending business relations with customer accounts- Acquisition of new potential customers and growing them sustainably- Goal-driven investigation of potential growth markets, self-reliant travel activity and customer visits- Technical support and consulting for the whole product range- Accompanying customers commercially and technically from initial inquiry to SOP- Elaboration and realization of customer growth strategies- Price and contract negotiations- Audit support at production sites- Support of customer complaints and failure analysis- Strategic coordination with other account teams for global accounts.
